Working groups: Voluntary positions

1. Communication Group; Esther/ Mubita

§  The group will be in charge of advertising the Youth activities, recruit more youths.

§  Will be our mouth piece of youth activities

§  In charge of communicating with other youths on what is happening and any meeting and any workshops

§  Creating ways of advertising youth programs

§  In charge of drafting letters on behalf of youths through Youth coordinator

§  Manage Youth Empowerment blog  www.ywcayouthlskb.blogspot.com

§  Ensuring that we have all the youths details on soft and hard copies

§  Working on youths membership cards

2. Events Group (Norah, Clement and Esnart)

§  In charge of ensuring that youths have activities

§  Creating activities and finding other activities that youths can be linked to

§  In charge of ensuring that all programs are done in accordance with the plan

§  Assigning tasks

3. Research and Documentation Group (Inu nonse and Raymond)

§  Research what activities  would benefit youths

§  Research opportunities for youths and inform communicates to inform them, and events to work on logistics

§   Document all activities conducted by youths and manage the  face book youth page, ‘’YWCA YOUTH MEMBERSHIP’’

All youths will be required to join in any of the three groups, they will be working in groups. Just register through the youth coordinator.
